Take the time out to stretch out your body, engage muscles that you might not regularly use and strengthen your upper body, core and legs.
As an office worker and someone who runs a lot, I risk shortening certain muscles because of repetitive movements/consistent activity. I risk not performing my best because not all of my muscles are as strong as they could be or they’re not supported by the strength of other muscles, because I don’t do enough strength training.
If you’re not already doing it, then it is time to start doing what’s best for your body and actively participate in a variety of exercises and movements that will bring out the best in your abilities and strengthen and support your body for every day activity as well as your chosen sports.

I want my legs to look like this!! They’re so muscular.  I’m getting there.. my legs are pretty muscular, but there’s still some fat covering them. that’s got to go =)
