i don’t think thigh gaps are necessary, it’s just some people’s preference..

ALL of the above statements! That is, I get really annoyed with how glorified thigh gaps are but hey, if you insist on having one it can be done healthfully. Kickboxing, swimming, hulahooping, etc for cardio and lots of pilates and yoga to lengthen those thigh muscles and I think it’s totally doable to have a thigh gap while eating right and exercising tons. But I still don’t understand the appeal, personally. :)

When you feel motivation slipping, its difficult to re-gain focus. This also can lead to irrational negative thoughts. “I will never reach that goal” “I’ll stay like this forever!!” 
Take a deep breath, and regain focus. Make a list of your goals and make a list of the reasons why they’re important and what small steps you can make towards your goals.

Gosh I wish they offered pole lessons here! The thing is like a damn art!! Forget stripper n slutty dancing, these women are strong and flexible. The way they support themselves with just one leg or their stomach on the pole…UGH… nothing can compare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a lot of respect from them and wish I could get lessons too >.<
And it doesn’t have to be running. Get yourself a pedometer (they are so cheap, do itttt!) and see if you can find reasons to walk a little bit more every day. Are you getting your 10,000 steps a day?
